Getting a VU+ DUO2 today

I was just about to buy the box now from WOS but I am a bit confused.

How many tuners does it need to have if I am looking to get signal from 19.2/28.2?

Do I need two twin tunners so I can watch one program and record another? And if I need to get signal from 13E aswell, will I need another tuner I assume?!

I have another box and I might use 28.2 with my Openbox V8S, so would a 2x Twin tunner on my Duo2 be OK?
 
For each sat u will need twin sat tuners to watch 1 and record any other on that sat.

So u will need 2xtwin sat tuners.

That will give u 2 tuners for 28.2 and 2 tuners for 13e
