GigaBlue x3 pixelation problems.

Good day folks.

Recently set up one of the new gigablue x3 triple tuners for a mate. 1xdvbs 2xdvbc.
I originally set it up at our house pulled out tivo connection set up the cable side . all running flawless. Tested a few recordings even the playback was fine. Not a glitch or jump.

Transfered box to my mates and he has been having a lot of break up and pixelation . mainly on Sky sports news HD, Sky Sports1HD and BT sports 1 HD. All other channels seem fine SNR is around 70-80.

Any recommendations on what to try?

must be signal levels either 2 high or 2 low which probally to low take a splitter away

Off the top of my head i think the splitter that splits the box and broadband is 5-2400 .

Do you think maybe changing the splitter to a 5-1000 may help ?

Something like this should help, not those cheap flimsy things you get in a splitter kit for a fiver.

Any ideas where I can buy short high-quality patch leads like these? Can't seem to be able to find any anywhere.

How about these? A bit shorter would be better but they look good.
