glitch and scramble

im having major glitch and scramble problem, the guy who supplies his server recons its my end trouble is ive tried my sons box whos on another server and im glitch free, but i have lent my box to my m8 and he says it was glitch free ive changed to hard wire and moved my router next door to box, but get nothing but glitch, can anybody help please im using a skybox m3.
 
have you tried your sons line (gift) in your box ? it could also be the Ethernet cable connection on your box, try your sons line first then check cables / connectors..
 
Possibly and channel list issue??? I have recently updated my channel list on a Skybox F5S and I have started to get scrambling and glitching, going to download a new list, will let you know.
 
Don't think it is a channel list problem, sounds like
an internet connection problem or your server
as soarsy1 has suggested
