I’ve had this , I used to just accept it but haven’t noticed it in a while , not sure why it’s better now , only Things different are , I am using a vpn and I have reset and installed the very minimum I need on my firestick . Also make sure you are using hardware decode.
 
You could have a look on your TV settings, sometimes they have picture settings for sports, and try turning motionflow or noise reduction on or off to see if it improves.
Worth a try.
