I haven't downloaded one for a long time so not sure of speeds, but I have always found NZB's / newsgroups very fast. Google Ds ROMS and you will find no end of places to find them.

y does it say 3ds files are bigger if they u u only use normal games?

The games that are "3D" titles are no use to you. They have been dumped in case someone comes up with a way of playing 3D games.
The only games you should download are the non 3D titles.
The reason they are so big is that they contain all the 3D info not just a normal 2d info.

I know there are cards like "Gateway 3DS" & "MT card" are able to play 3DS backup files (firmware and backup titles restrictions).

I have to buy one to play my original 3DS games (one is dead :beg:).
