Great tips GMAN, so logical and yet never used...
Will try them out...

My tip is to have your central heating on for 1 hour or so in the summer once 1 month, this will prevent the pump seizing when you really need it!!!

If your using a saw and it's a bit hard to saw with rub a candle along the blade (not the teeth) and it will be a lot easier to use.
