Green Screen ?? (Edit : ignore - suspect provider problem)

Looking for some help with my IPTV service

When attempting to watch a Series (e.g. Reacher/Slow Horses), I am getting a 'Green screen' with dialogue in the background. If I switch to Live Tv (bbc1/2), the screen is normal...

Any ideas why ?
 
Ignore this -- It must be my provider at fault

further testing reveals that UHD channels no longer work (HD/SD are Ok).... :: Movies/Series do not work at all.... :(
