GSE IPTV Removed ?

It looks like the GSE IPTV App has been removed from th UK App Store. Does anyone have any information on this?

After a brief Google, it appears that it's still there and still got terrible reviews

 

[Universallly]

The only thing that app is good for is checking frame rates or other stream info.
