Other gt media v8uhd missing freesat channels

Hi i have just setup my v8uhd and i cannot access all the freesat channels i.e dave ,pick, food network ,am i doing sonthing wrong a have also upgraded to mars software for later, when i ho into the fast scan option there is not freesat uk ?.

Dave works so would ask on what frequency are you on.
Pick also works.
Food Network also works.
Did you do a full scan of 28.2 and how many channels were found think something like 850+

Hi thanks for your quick reply
when i scan i get i get about 450 channels ?
i have only just got this box so i dont know much about it
where would i find the frequency ?
also i have freesat bulid into my tv and that picks all the channels up ok.

The frequencies may have to be manually added

Hi Guy than you for your replies sorry for not replying quicker as i am doing a full scan
i have changed the frequencies to 10714-22k and already have over 700 channels including food network and pick tv
so think it is now sorted.

Hi i installed channel list via usb and now none of the channels work ? is it because channel list is not for the south of england ?

i have just changed the frequency setting back to what i scanned on and all ok

change your antenna settings, e.g. if it is usals in the channel list correct that (assuming you have no motor)

Also, if it is cokeaddict's channel list, change your lnb back to Universal from Unicable.
