H2 box channels down

I am completely a new noob on the Zgemma H2 Box. Since last night I have not received all the channels apart from the basic one. Nothing has changed on the box I done automatic scan that did not work, and I am not sure what is going on with the box and why it is not getting all the channels any help on this would be great.

Is it just your premium channels if so restart router and box if no go contact your supplier

Either in /etc/CCcam.cfg or /usr/keys/newcamd.list. best back bkth up just in case
