Cable H2H Enigma 2 Crash

Hi All

Apologies if I have gone about this the wrong way but I have only joined today. I have a Zgemma H.2H I tried to set uo today and it keeps coning up with this message...

Please send logfile/home/root/logs/enigma2_crash_2016-10-15_10-10-49.log

I don't have the foggiest of what to do please help...

First things first - did you get the box plug and play or did you get the box and put an image on it yourself?

Second - what image is on the box? Open ATV image or Vix image?

Third - when does this error happen? During boot up? After boot? During use?

Get in touch with the person who you brought it from it needs reflashing but you'll need your line details before reflashing
