H2H flash problems

ok so I finally got around to start setting up my box.
downloaded biohead image.
Got a test line.
Extracted image to usb plug in to box, turn box on but box does not say FLASH on front only BOOT.
Counts from 00-99 then straight to 50-99 again. it repeats this for a couple of minutes then stops at 00 and box is frozen. open atv image on screen.

Please I need help, I hope my box is not goosed!

Usually, it's just because the box is very temperamental with certain usb drives. Try another if you can
