H2h with willow openVix 5.1 installed but no image/voice on premium channels

Hi

I am using h2h with willow openVix 5.1 and it used to work fine, however since last few days I am unable to get any picture or sound on paid premium channel.

I have contacted my provider and checked server status all seem to be connected. But whenever I switch to a premium channel like sky movies on virgin, i get blank screen.

I have installed from scratch, called cccam support and they were able to check which channel I switched to but it still doesnt display any image or sound.

Any ideas what wrong here
 
Have you restarted your cams? Press red button then press softcam panel select which cam you want and press green to restart them!
All should work if put correct line details in

Is that image not now outdated.

Yes I have restarted he cams, and when I goto Menu > Setup > Softcam > CCcam Info > Clients // It displays nothing
when I goto Menu > Setup > Softcam > CCcam Info > Active clients // It displays nothing
when I goto Menu > Setup > Softcam > CCcam Info > Servers // It displays list of all the CCCam servers and each server has "Connected" status"

so it seems that it is connecting to server but not getting any active clients (i think), so I got new CCcam line thinking it was my current provider, same is happening with new provider.

Could it be my isp has blocked access ?
 
I tried updating to 5.2 vix, but seems that is not supported on my Zgemma H.2H, do you access to latest Vix Image that I can use on my H.2H
 
I use open atv mate! When you press your blue button and go to flash online and press green what option does it give you to flash if there’s open atv try but keep a note of your line details
 
There hasn't been an update to the base image for ViX on the older Zgemmas since last July so unfortunately it can't be updated, well not easily anyway.
Best solution would be to flash another image or upgrade to a new Zgemma that are now officially supported by the OpenViX Team.

in the softcam panel, is it green to start the cam?
Can you download/watch anthing on e2iplayer?
have you done a network test on the box?

Yes I have done the network test and it works fine

With regards to the light, its red not green against each server

I am having trouble in downloading/playing movies from E2Player, I am only able to play youtube trailers where available, for anything else it says "Error 5" unable to connect to server or server disconnected.

network test isn't fine if there's red lights all over the place, it means you're not connected and why you can't get any channels
have you got a new router recently?
you probably need to change nameserver settings, @Willo3092 will know where these are on 'vix, on openatv they are
menu>setup>system>network>device setup>nameserver settings
change nameserver 1 to 8.8.8.8
namerserver 2 to 8.8.4.4
then click green to save, restart gui and check that they've saved, then restart the softcam
