H2s not recording

OpenAtv 6.3

Using same provider for past 12mths or so but last week box stopped recording.

Shows recording but then in file list shows 0 mins recorded.

Tried reflashing and changed usb stick.
Formatted to FAT32 then ext3 to ext4

Timeshift pause etc is working.

Any help would be appreciated as my son is missing programmes as "ketchup" isn't on all channels
 
Yes Its allowed as it was working upto a week ago.. I've checked with them and all servers etc same at their end. No changes have been made..
 
Usually faulty usb have issues but yours seem fine,is your epg good for the program you want to record .
eg time and name of program correct and not at a different time like summertime and wintertime?

It sounds like a plug in problem! I don't know what plug in you are using! But if everything looks fine it might be easier to remove plug in and enter details anew and try, reflashing then entering detail username and password etc!
 
So I don't have a build as wooshbuild just crashes the box.
Its opena.tv 6.3
Script installed via webif using subportal.io if that makes sense..
I've reflashed box a couple of times at this stage.

Will your supplier support another plugin? Say Jedimaker ? or another plugin ? There are ones that come with Openatv! I'm on Openvix and use Xtremity but don't have recording facility with my sub.
Contact your supplier for support if he only provides script! for an install
