So i have the slyk skin working on my h2s i think. But i originally had problems flashing the box , iv read through the tutorial used multiple sticks and as its my first zgemma h2s im unsure as to wether it has worked. On the first boot it started counting to 100 then had a sort of screensaver with openvix please wait is this normal, also im using my standard sky subscription card (only the free channels) until i have sucsessfully installed the woosh build with epg setup ect and to top it off iv just recieved a phonecall with what i believe is sombody impersonating microsoft saying my computer was at risk and i need them to sort it out which i aint doing that over the phone so hung up help would be greatfully appreciated.

You don't even need your sky card for the FTA channels.

But yeah you will get that if you've got a Vix image installed. Try pressing OK or one of the buttons and see if anything happens, if not then it needs a reflash.

If your going to install Wooshbuild all the information you need to set it up is there and easy to follow! I find that the smaller memory stick you use the zgemma reads it faster ! I use a 2gb scandisc to flash my zgemma . Any one who calls out of the blue about your computer is a scammed who wants to gain remote access to your personal info on your computer !!

First off ignore the Microsoft phonecalls crap, its a scam to try and get personal information from you
Try downloading willo's guide for formatting a USB stick from Willo3092 Howto: Preparing USB Drives to Flash H2S - Downloads - TechKings
Once you have the stick formatted make sure you put the unzipped base build (used to install wooshbuild) so the only folder in the root of the flash drive is one called zgemma. Inside the zgemma folder will be a folder called h3 and inside that will be 4 or 5 files.
Once you have done the above plug the USB stick in the back of the zgemma and press the power button at the back. If all went well the display on the front of the box should change from boot to flash
