It appears that the led clock issue is fixed, on my h2h I was watching recordings last night and the led clock was keeping time. It's only a recent fix I am sure.
 
Hi got the same problem with the clock , (freezes in standby)
i have tried removing permanent vfd clock did not work it for me.
anyone got a fix

What build have you installed?

Check Menu -> setup -> usage & Gui -> Display -> skin setup

If you have an 'Alternative' option select that.

This was an issue on ATV 6.1 early on but appears ok with recent builds.
 
I have the same problem clock showing wrong time have tried 'Alternative' skin option but can not find any thing on the plugins.
