Satellite H7C - does it to mgcam and also i have oscam.server file? but seller says check 2 boxes?

what does he mean? i did drop a message, but he hasn't got back to me yet

i have oscam-emu installed and uploading oscam.server and restarted the softcam but no joy
also tried the newcamd list and its the same

You have the sat cable plugged into the wrong socket on the box is my guess.
You said the dish and the lines work on your other box, which means the fault must be the connections.
If you scan for sat channels what happens?

mgcamd on the H7 wont work any longer so you need to use oscam.

check the first post in VM CHANNELS FIX (23/4/2020) OSCAM ONLY!! this is the two boxes he is refering to

I missread the title, where he wrote seller I read provider so assumed he was refering to the fix for cable. tbh op is not very clear
