Cable or Sat

Hi guys,
pretty new to this and thanks in advance.
i have a Zgemma H7c. at the moment i have cable working on it using cline. now cable doesnt have some channels which we want. my line provider suggested using sat feed and another cline for sat.
I had sky Q, i put the lead in, configured tune A (DVB-S2x) to sat 28.2E astra. LNB to LNB1, priority to auto, type of LNB is universal LNB, voltage mode is polarization. using these settings i scanned and came up with a bunch of channels. in ABM i changed settings to include tuner A and configured sky UK. when i run ABM scan it scans VM ok but for sky it says "failed to tune sky uk on tuner a. please check the following the tuner is correctly configured. you can receive the specified frequency .
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
