Hi guys, sorry if I’ve posted in the wrong place, I couldn’t find H9T. Need some help, trying to flash open atv 6.2 but stuck in a loop at the moment, please see the pics. Is there a way to force the install?

Are you saving the line and timeshift when it asks?
It looks like there's a problem with epg data in the crash log but not 100% sure

literally just powering the box on, with the usb in the back containing a fresh 6.2 copy. Keeps looping, even if i hold reset button.

it's not recognising the usb, format it with FAT32, then add the files again, including the two extra files that are in the zip apart from zgemma folder

Thanks, will give it another go tomorrow, been doing it on the mac so not sure if thats causing the problem.

i don't think the mac is a problem, although from memory you can't format to FAT32?
you may need to download the toolkit posted by @Willo3092 in Resources section and run the usb prep tool

MAC has MS-DOS(FAT) which is supposed to be the same as FAT32 i believe, but boxes dont seem to like the format. Just tried formatting on a windows machine and works fine now. Cheers for the help

Trying to install the softcam and getting this error, any ideas?

you're using wrong softcam feed, use the openatv feed V4.3
Update-

Still stuck with the error. Tried installing softcam through terminal:
wget -O - -q http://updates.mynonpublic.com/oea/feed | bash

And tried it through ftp, but no luck with mgcamd. Keep getting the error attached.

Will give it a rest for today, but if any ideas, please let me know. It’s driving me mad

Have you tried rebooting since running update?

Also maybe run a software update.

After both reboot and software update if mgcamd still fails to download see if another cam installs to see if it's just mgcamd.

Tried this mate, still the same issues. Other softcams install fine. Seems to be Mgcamd only
