I have a good quality IPTV subscription that I currently play through an app on my Samsung smart TV. I also have subscribed to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
I would like to get myself the ability to pause or rewind live IPTV, run my media library of films etc through Plex and also stream Amazon Prime video in 4K so what hardware should I get?
I was looking at the Nvidia Shield 2017 16gb or the Mutant HD51. Are these both capable of doing it? Which one is better (I'm not too bothered about playing games on the Nvidia this is for watching TV on) and how would I set up the pause and rewind function?
