Has LG OLED TVs changed?

I have 2024 model and it runs webOS.
All TVs will stop receiving updates at some point.
I read somewhere that the model I have will receive updates for around 5 years.
I have the 2021 model I think my one has stopped receiving updates because I been checking since last year and this year nothing either so they must have stopped updating this model.
Has the new LG OLED TVs got a AppStore built in? Because I seen it somewhere but not sure where.

Yes it has an AppStore that can be accessed from the Home Screen called apps.
Is it possible to get a AppStore on a 2021 model myself?
Also I have read somewhere that devices with internet they can be jailbreak by anyone.

I would think you have LG AppStore already because how do you install apps on the tv?
I don’t fully understand the second part of your post.
Is it the same AppStore like the iOS one or a different one on your 2024 LG?
If your last year model has iOS AppStore my LG hasn’t got it anywhere.

It has LG webOS App Store as do all LG TVs.
iOS is for Apple products.

You have ibo player Installed on your LG tv so you must have accessed the built in app store. I also thought you didn't fancy putting 3rd party apps on your TV eg Kodi.

2021 model was the C1 / G1, and was last updated in December 24.

I have just given you the link to the update, you can updated it via usb
Can I do it through the tv browser instead? I haven’t got a usb to upload the firmware.

Obviously not, as you keep saying it's not showing you any updates.
So either your tv isn't connected to the internet, or you have missed too many updates so it won't let you do it online now.
Either way, usb is your only option if the tv isn't seeing any updates as available.
Just checked and it is connected to the internet.

What happens when you go to Settings, Support,Software update and check for updates?

Happened today. G4 TV.
I could screen cast from android phone to lg G4. Today when I swipe down and select TV and accept cast, the message comes up Chromecast built-in disconnected on the TV lg homepage. Instead of mirroring the screen, this screen appears.
Nothing has changed to when it worked and today.
Searched Reddit too but no real help.
