have lost all on my kryptview box my signal streanth is 0 any one help me please

my kryptview box has went down has been off since about 11am still have no channels have tried a scan it goes 1-8 already exist then complete and exit and it just goes back to the menu screen any help for me

my box has been off since about 11 am have tried a factory reset its saying my signal strength is 56 and my TP is 0 any advise for me thank you
 
56 is far too low as it may be an outside fault that you have lost everything,retry later i would suggest
 
my signal strength as always been 56 and you say its too low. is there anyway of highering the signal as mine keeps freezing also. cheers

TP is 0 if you have no channels the chances is that your signal is too weak to hold the channels when in standby mode, or when there is a breakdown in the service, if you dont have a subbed cable box this is another reason for not getting a proper signal, split feeds are split feeds regardless of signal, they are degrading your signal no matter what you have working or not working as the case may be.

Take your box to another house and test it there, if the box is working fine at the house that does have a legit subbed box, well what can i say its down to your cable feed, also making sure you are scanning on your correct Net Id is essential as well, weak channels can also happen on this one, get the correct one from the subbed box which will show the correct one for your area.

Yes take all your splitters off your cable feed and connect to the main feed from the wall, and not be splitting your BB feed for a cable feed, people want uninterrupted service yet they are using the wrong equipment, splitting a BB feed because you dont pay a legit sub to virgin is the biggest causes of glitching and missing channels.

If people want a viewing pleasure get the right cable and connections.
