not updating or stuck on update,can you press exit on remote and power off at rear for 20secs then on,remove coaxial and try again.
did firmware load and box reboot?
a number of people have the same problem,dont have pcs downloading in the background,box hard wired to router,try powering off box and on and retry,best in early morning or very late at night.
i have as yet been unsuccesful in updating any KV a780 boxs with the last update as well. have tried hard wired directly to router no other line activity and this is on an 80mb BB virgin line and still it just sits searching for update. not too worried at the moment as not a critical update and boxs are still working fine at moment. tried diffrent times of the day and night so i assume its more of a server issue than local to be honest.
