Having trouble installing addon on FF

Im using my sons pc and having trouble installing addons. Tried to install adobe flash but comes up with error 203 - similar to below
I have uninstalled FF and reinstalled but what ever add on we try just gets same error. Firefox could not install the file at

Any idea.?? basically i want to use farmville on his pc via firefox lol!

Also forgot to mention adobe flash working ok on IE8 just not of FF

also no matter what addon etc i try to install comes up same. Plus my puzzle peice on my pc is green - on here that comes up blue for everything - just thought that might help.
I know FF was all working a whiloe ago coz i was using it and added my british dictionary and colorful tabs on FF but now even they wont work. would it be a FF problem if so can i dl an older version of FF

Thanks for that Dan i did look on ff but didnt see anything. ill get that sorted on my sons pc!

ok solved the problem and got me colorful tabs back installed adobe flash but it still wont wonk, still tells me i need to install and upgrade my flash palyer. it reads Express install not suported by this version of flash player upgrade to upgrade visit ............ and tells me to install

which i h ave done. ive also shut down and restarted pc. still cant get farmvillle :(
 
How did you install Adobe Flash Player, was it done through a standalone installation? Or through Internet explorer browser or even FF?

no it was done via farmville on FF - the link it gave me. Plus i also uninstalled it and tried to re install it via a link from on here - used same link on my pc and had no trouble

Thanks Axxxo will try that when i can get on my sons pc
