hd error code 0

Hi can anyone help with this problem on the starview hd combo (error code 0) the box keeps on freezing every minute or so the network shows connected then drops off with the error code after 10 to 20 seconds it comes back connected:bang head:

we have a starview 7 running next to it on the same modem with out problems

1 possible explanation is, that its a starview lol
The next probable explanation is that there is too many connections to the server causing it too freeze.
If someone wants to correct be by all means do as im just guessing, but i wouldnt say im far off.
As always if you dont have the box that long question the supplier and i mean pound them with questions and return it if all else fails.
You have one up and running so you know what your doing.
Check for any updates that there may be also.
