Im trying to get HDMI CEC going again on my Mutant HD51. It works fine for years and the last 6 months it has stopped.

Firstly, ive updated box to openatv 7.5, still no joy.

Secondly, i noticed the hdmi cable was a little damaged as always had to wiggle it to get it to work. Ive changed cable to newer one

Been through all settings and still not working at all. Is there something im missing?
 
Its known that the hdmi port can fail on the hd51 and this could be the start. Wiggling a hdmi cable is not a good idea. i would leave well alone.
