Help & Advice Needed with Openbox s9 HD

Firstly i 'm a total newbie to all this satellite jargon and all the other things that go with it so i would like to thank every1 in advance for there help.

I av bought an ( openbox s9 hd ) and i would like to no somethings about it espiecally the thing Cccam.cfg file & clines would i already av these files in my s9 or do i need to go on the net and find these files for myself .
