Cable Help Channels Down on H1 Box

Hey all,

I am completely a new noob on the Zgemma Box. Since last night I have not received all the channels apart from the basic one. Nothing has changed on the box I done automatic scan that did not work, and I am not sure what is going on with the box and why it is not getting all the channels any help on this would be great.
 
Press blue button on remote. go to soft cam. restart your softcam(mgcamd or cccam) with yellow button. That might work
