HELP Duplex on Firestick

So been running Duplex on smart tv for a while and treated myself to a firestick side loaded duplex and it loaded fine to get the device I’d etc transferred my activation over to it and checked through edit and all is good but when I load duplex it’s stuck on a blue screen I can’t do anything I’ve contacted duplex but they haven’t come back to me I’m stuck with no tv any help, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled duplex but it does the same.

Try clearing cache then re open duplex

Thanks for all your help back up and running couldn’t install the apkcombo through the stick had to side load using laptop

You need to do it is a laptop/pc to renew bud android payment is down
