Help - extreme editor not uploading EPG?

Hi

Have been following the latest iptv shutdown on xcodes, I lost all bouquets and epg for iptv ,
My provider tells me most channels coming back on line now, and try and run epg again.
Everytine I run epg or bouquet update I get a “ no internet connection?” Error
I know this is not correct as I ran a Speedtest on the box ( zgemma ) and got 20mb , it’s only happened since the shut down ?

Any help for a novice?

Also can watch streams on e2iplayer / movies etc so I know my internet is ACTUALLY okay?
It just won’t download the iptv bouquets.

Theres no connection from panel to server that's why it won't download for you nothing to do with broadband its down to what happend other day with xc

as anyone got an answer to getting streams back - spoke to my supplier who is a TK vet and he just says "reboot" which is the first thing i have tried. I get a gateway, ip address, and DCHP has an address. evefrything seems to work other than the streams and my guy says it shoul dbe working?
