Hello and many thanks for even viewing this.
Basically I have just received the ibox 2+ (replaced my F5S) but right from the start I'm having issues. It loaded the OpenPLI GUI then said 'tuner failed' check configuration settings. I have checked the tuner settings and it showed satellite setting 19.0e so changed this to 28.2 but made no difference. I then proceeded to do a scan of everything but states no channels found everytime. I then went into smartsat finder and it shows sig at 0% along with another item this was also listed at 0%. Any help would be much appreciated as i am now stuck! I keep thinking is it the wiring from the LNB down to the box all I do was remove the F5S and put this in its place so haven't touched anything. I am now thinking should i reflash the firmware from the cloud ibox 2+ support forum if this would fix it but again I cannot find any flashing instructions only for the normal ibox2 as opposed to the 2+
