Help needed setting up friends zgemma H.2S

So my non techy friend bought one of these and has no idea how to set it up. He's roped me into helping him but I'm unfamiliar with these types of boxes (I don't watch much TV).

Anyways I found this video

detailing how to install Wooshbuild v5. All seems simple enough except I don't know where to get the cccam.cfg file?

Is that file already on the box he bought from https://www.zgemma.co.uk/ ?

Do I simply need to access the box fia FTP copy the cccam.cfg file from the box and put it on a USB as shown above and then go through with the flash/installer?

Is there more to the setup process than this? Thanks for helping a noob.

I would just concentrate on getting your box flashed first. You can add your ccam file later.

You / he will need to purchase a line to put on the box - this will clear any available channels that remain through satellite :)

Or add a iptv service if it is a h2s. Just have to Google it!
