Help needed with spiderbox

Please can someone help. Received spiderbox , how do i activate gift. I know i have to download a file, but don't know which one. Also do i have to have all ch's. on receiver before i transfer file, Thanks Guys Joebox :(

hi just need a bit of info just had a 12month gift put on my spiderbox 900hd sly sports and most other channals are on but none of the movie channals all am getting is scramled channal do i needto updat my channal list as i havent done so for a year if so were and how thanks in advance

you pro need channel update for movies a few others

Just do a scan of the Satellite . it should overwrite the old out of date channels.
