Help setting free to air on zgemma.

Hi every one I'm trying to get free to air channels. This is where I'm at.. It's through satellite single line in.. I can do a auto scan and it picks up around 80 channels but when I go to autobuqetsand select providers.. then select freesat uk then put my region in it says.. failed to tune sky uk on tuner A. I've tried everything can any one help please!! Just want normal tv

Try choosing Sky in providers and see if it picks up the free to air sky channels.

Tuner should be set to Astra 28e.

I believe there's different types of LNB? - one will work with that box and the other won't

No lol I've just moved house waiting for VM to install line but 2 weeks with out any tv is killing me lol. Dish is defo working tho

I did update files I'm used next doors WiFi they have let me use it in till we get VM this is how my box was set up. I've changed the settings for cable.
