Cable Help setting up cable on H1

Guys, I have just received a zgemma h1 and have installed OpenVIX hades from the download section on here but I am getting "Timeout for tuner lock" when scanning for channels. I have disabled (set to not configured) the sat tuner but the scan is finding no channels. I have the virgin cable into Tuner A in on the back and have set the Providers in Autobouquets to the relevant virgin area. Below are screenshots of my setup. I also have 1 cable feed coming into the house but i purchased a splitter and extra cables, pictured below as well. I also set the network Id to the ID of my virgin area in reception settings but i'm unsure whether this is correct or not.

I have not installed any gift/line yet but I don't think that should make any difference? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Ah dammit, I thought it was tuner a! What is the adapter called?

Also, it's the top connection isn't it (RF IN)?

Legend mate, thank you. I'll pick up one tomorrow.

In the reception settings for the Cable tuner, what should they be set as? I currently have this set as frequency steps but I don't have a clue what the other settings should be!

In tuner config mine is set like this

Tuner type - DVB-C
Configuration mode - enabled
Network ID - Whatever yours is 00005
Used service scan type - provider
Provider to scan - Virgin Media UK (6952)

Got everything set up and running, well pleased. A couple of questions, can you get the channels numbers to show in the EPG and is there a way to add the new bt sport extra channels as autobouquets maker has not seemed to pick them up!

BT extra channels show in the BT Interactive bouquets for me.

If you press up on the remote when on any channel, then press menu, then select settings, there is an option to display channels numbers, change to yes and save.

Did you need to do anything different to get that bouquets to show? I've rescanned a number of times but it has never shown!

No, but I;m on the latest official vix as not Hades or a zgemma, maybe uninstall Autobouquets maker plugin and download the latest and see if that helps?

If it helps my mine says autobouquetsmaker (2.0+git1383)

When I do a manual scan the channels appear in the 'last scanned' bouquets but there are over 500 channels in the bouquet so it's not the most user friendly to use!

Make sure the feeds are working for you by pressing menu, plugins, green to download plugins......if that does not give error, then exit, press red to remove plugins, system plugins, select autobouquets maker, remove, reboot and then menu, plugins, green to download plugins, system plugins, select autobouquets maker and download, then set it up from scratch again.
