Help wanted please

Hi all

Firstly apologies if this has been asked before,
I'm new to this and have tried searching but got no where
I'm trying to install Wooshbuild Infinity on a Zgemma H2H
I've followed the guide word 4 word and its flashed the box.
But when I go through the Auto bouquets maker I get the message
" Failed to tune VM UK on tuner B
Please check the following :
The tuner is correctly configured
You can receive the specified frequency "

When I go into tuner config Tuner A is not configured (no sky cable)
Tuner B is set to DVB-C
Config mode - Enabled
Net ID - 00001 (West Yorkshire)
Used Scan - Provider
Country - UK
Region VM all systems
Force Legacy signal stats - no

The guy whos providing my line says I should have FTA 1-5 but I've nothing ....

Any help would be greatly appreciated

have you got the vm cable in the right socket at the back?
it goes into an F connector and pushes into RF not screwed in

the vm cable goes into this socket:

have you performed a scan in service searching?
