Help wanted with new line in a Xspeed LX2

Hi i have to put a new newcamd line in my LX2 box but its been so long since i last did it i have forgotten where it goes, so can someone help me please

Is it in VAR Keys user keys or is it in user/keys as i seem to have a newcamd line in both them locations

Hope someone can help please
 
Usr/Keys Var /Keys are the same place Just copy new line and edit it in Newcamdlist file
 
Hi guys i its a long time since i ftp a line to my xspeed LX2 and i dont seem to be able to connect

When it asks for the Host is that the ip address

It then asks for the user and then password i think i have the user and the password so what am i doing wrong i have used dreambox control center and it says (error 1057 in function send Socket is not connected)

I just don't see why it will not connect i connected ok last week and i not changed anything

I have also tried filezilla but that also will not connect

Help please

Hi guys thank you for the advice and help

I have found the problem i went to the network setting on the xspeedLX2 and ran a network test and it said there war a IP conflict so i did a reset and now it works ok

Hope this might help someone else
