Help wanted with tv problem

Hi all
I have a 49" jvc tv (3 yrs old).
When turning on the tv from standby it is setting up in first time installation every time. There is no way i can stop this.
The tv works perfect, but this takes about 5 minutes to scan and complete and is quite a nuisance

I have looked all over the internet and have seen this happening to other people over previous years with different brands of tv, but have not found a resolve

Any help would be appreciated

Jvc's website says anything purchased from Currys/Dixons they dont offer any help and their website tells me to go to Currys/Dixons for support. All Currys will do is want me to pay for them to have a look at it and rob me blind.
