Help with auto recording

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on my situation, since I had the box the flashed I love tried to auto record a few programs, they’re showing in the list of recorded programs but all show 0 minutes. When I try and record a program I’m watching it records fine, really puzzled with it

Also I can’t watch another channel when I’ve started a recording. I could watch other channels and record before the box was flashed?

Are these satellite or IPTV?

If satellite do you have 2 sky cables?

If IPTV do you have multiroom to allow multiple connections?

have you enabled both tuners

For satellite and yes the 2 cables are going into the box,

how would enable both tuners?

menu \setup \reception \tuner configuration\ both tuners shoud be the same.

Have you done a signal test to see if they are both working correctly?
