Help with dm800c

I'm trying to setup my dm800 i got a cable tuner for it yesterday i have a test line also, when i do a cable scan i get scanning failed i think i have the wrong net id

heres what i have for upc ireland
frequency 363
symbol rate 6887
modulation QAM 64
network id 42753

i also have a cable.xml file i found but could be outdated so if anyone has an up to date one it be a big help

You could try different QAM settings, i'm in the UK
but mine is 256

hi mate, enter 411 for frequency, fec auto, symbol rate to either 6887 or 6952, network yes. qam either auto or 256.

you should end up scanning upwards of 500+ stations.
