Ok paid somebody last wed for a IPTV service off of fb paid him £30 for a year hes been fobbing me off on messenger last night he was putting a script on my box remotly but he's doing it via my laptop and he says it takes a long time to upload the script its still the same as it was last night at 11.45 as it is now I'm using ipab so apart from restarting box to see if it's done how else could I tell thanks
 
not sure I'm following you....what do you mean 'apart from restarting box'?
is there some reason you don't want to, or can't restart the box?
if he's uploaded the script and told you to reboot, reboot and see if it works

Do not give strangers from the internet access to your laptop.

It sounds like you've been had, I would personally try to claim back through Paypal and if that doesn't work, forget about it. If he's had access to your laptop remotely I would also get someone to have a look at it and would definitely not log into anything like e-mail or online banking (or anything that you use shared passwords on).
 
If you are using xtream editor, then go to the xtream, think its yellow to download channels, then blue to download the epg, if still nothing, then get back to him and ask why its taking so long ??
 
best trying to get your money back and posting on here for a sub mate, Facebook has been and always will be full of scammers, especially in this department.
 
You been using this site sence 2016 so why use fb for a sub when you could have got one on here? Anyway did you see what he was doing on your computer ? He should have put a program called putty on your computer and run the script from putty to your box, Once the script was finished your box should have rebooted by its self, To run a script it to your box it should take no longer then 1min to 3min, Did you see anything like this, Did your box reboot? Push epg on your box remote and move along and see if you can see any iptv channels,

Yes he used putty mate its ok you learn by your mistakes who do you use mate and are they any good?
 
Another scammer,seems to be a few about these days.Post a request in the iptv request section on here and don't use new members
or members with very few posts and you should be fine ,and always get test lines before you buy.All details will be sent to you and as said above,do not let anyone
log into your computer.
 
If you're using internet banking I wouldn't go on it now after letting a total stranger access to your laptop.
There are some wankers out there who are very clever
