help with KV 780

HI, I've flashed the box etc and scanned it and most channels are still scrambled, I'm now tryin the software update but it says 'searching new update' been like that for 20 mins, LAN cable is connected directly to router and box is hooked up correctly. Any help will be appreciated

possible overload as some people cannot get the update also,what did you flash the box with sounds as if its not the right file.

Got the update :) the software I'm using is April 2011 do u recommend updating to the latest software? Thanks for all your help. Couldn't hav set this up without forums!!

if you can do a s/w update do it,if not try later,usual rules apply.
