Help with VPN on linux box

Hi,
i need help my vpn provider installed files on my Zgemma H9S today and i have install vpn manager however i think the config settings are not correct in there there are as
in vpn manager menu my config says /hdd/vpn/
the files where installed remotely by teamviewer and i noticed him install openvpn files but i cannot start my vpn there is no reference to my vpn providers name in vpn manager and i and am stuck any help welcome

unless i can sort this am looking for a command to type in to run the vpn for example sudo ???

Looking at the configs for privatevpn sending the ..ovpn files should work. In vpn manager do you not see the countries?

I have since deleted by accident vpn in the config path and no reference to my vpn provider appears in vpn manager now only got /hdd/ in config will have to get vpn provider to sort
