Windows 7 help with windows 7

could someone help us with windows 7 its being acting up to for a while on my laptop but it keeps freezing when going on the net and recently its saying its not a valid product of windows although the laptop to came from currys direct could some one tell me how to back the pictures ect up quick before it freezers up on me and the best way to master reset or wipe it and start again!!

grab your licence key and try activating it. failing that you can do the telephone activation. after activation see if the problem persists. once activated go to your event viewer and see what errors you have.

Apart from the activation bit I would say that you need scan your laptop for viruses and trojans install spybot seach & destroy it is free for home use and also malwarebytes antimalware also free. Once installed carry out a scan by both.

Thanks all the event viewer seems to be useless to me as It doesn't seem to scan and ill try them now mahrkpat cheers all
