If got the app on box but it won’t run ie don’t ask my url ,username or password, hope you know what I’m doing wrong ?

I can’t get in play store I have to download on pc &plug into box by usb

my provider is not much use he says he as never heard of Lyq and tiny url

Tiny url is a shortened link to install, an apk the ltq is the app that looks like sly q mate

Still should know mate if a reseller or not. You won't get near his direct source unless you know him personally is it a sub or a trial
