How do I check if cline is online

Hi

Bought a box last week and it was working fine until this morning when a lot of the channels stopped working. I rebooted both the box and the router with no success. I want to check if my cline us online before I contact the seller. Any chance someone could point me in the direction how I can do this. The box is a V8s. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried it but all I can see is Camds setup. When I go into CCcam client setup I can only see 'update files via USB' or 'manage config files'. I can't see the CCcam settings :(
 
yes same here when I select manage cfg files it shows me a screen with nothing there and at the bottom it says next to green tab active
 
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but do you definitely have a line? You could try
menu- network local settings- camds setup- CCcam client setup- manage config files- CCcam.cfg, this will show you if your online.
 
Hi after 8 months of unscrambled pleasure today I am getting scrambled and have just gone through the above to check my cline and it does indeed have a green tick under manage cccam.cfg

it says c:server 963907 14405 login then a green tick

I take it it means my server is online still then? I have tried restarting router and rebooting box but no change..any ideas as to what else I can do? Hope its just a technical glitch or no Champions League games for me tonight :(
 
It means that you are either not connected to server or server down or more obvious--server provider done a runner.
Get a test line off some nice person here on the forum and then you can be more positive.

Thanks for reply Reaper.Luckily for me the pay channels has just come back on and all seems ok again.Must of been a glitch or mabye they were messing with server.
