How do I mount an external HDD?

Apologies if this has been asked before. I did search, but most of the answers I found involve selecting the menu Setup -> System -> Storage, which I don't have (see screenshot).



How do I go about it? Am I missing something?

Hit blue on the remote and see if it has been hidden

Your box isn't reading the HDD, try unplugging it and trying again

Plug it into a laptop, right click on it and format to FAT 32
