How do I update my h2s box?

I was on the understanding that if I download OpenATV 6.4 from there I can extract it and put it on a USB stick, put it in the back of my zgemma box and it should automatically flash with the new update, That is not the case, I have tried so many things and its not working.
Currently I have WooshBuild 4.00 on there as I haven't used the box in sooooooooo long and I want to get back into it.

Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong?
Also where can I get the latest WooshBuild from?

So I have managed to flash the box but don’t know how to install wooshbuild, There are no download links

There is no download link because there is no download.
You paste a command line in the box and the box downloads and installs it automatically

Thanks all I have managed to get it all up and running, I will be looking at getting IPTV running on it soon.
Based on my history I know what I need to do.
