How to autotime record on new secumnsee / kiddac image with blue button

Hi all

What is the best way to setup autotimer on the new image?
The wife tried to record emmerdale but when selected was only down for wednesday record only using the autotimer blue button?
Before i used to get a box and untick a few items and was all good but seems hit and miss on new skin

in epg highlight the desired program , press the red key for options ( not record key) brings up new menu - select add new auto timer - a new window will show the daily record options (untick the preset day ).
would be a lot nicer if it was just an option on a press of the record key.
