How to back up Zgemma H5 2TC

Hi Guys
Can anyone give me a complete step by step instructions to backup Zgemma H5 2TC.
Info provided with box says "press blue button/scroll right/complete backup/red for HDD"
Maybe I need to be in a certain place when I press blue button?? but pressing blue button does nothing at all.
I'm a novice with all of this so please excuse if this is a stupid question.:(

Setup
System management
Backup image
Red (HDD) or green (USB)

That's on openatv, you have no detail on what your using
Some one with vix might chip in too

Says it will take 4 mins but takes around 8 or 9 mins
